REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Missing items in order
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
- Product has been used or opened
- Wrong product ordered by the customer
3. Refund Process
- Report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Provide photo/video proof for verification
4. Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Cancellation is not possible after dispatch
